[ports] PORTDOCS in Makefile
原來根據 Porter’s Handbook，可以設 PORTDOCS = * 在 Makefile 裡，這樣就不用寫在 pkg-plist 中了。
這是從某人幫忙 update clamsmtp 的 pr 檔而找到的。
