緣起：

在 Committers Guide 中，對於 repocopy 的做法，來做 databases/db43 ：
第一件事就是 assign State 為 repocopy 以及 assign Responsible 為 portmgr，等到 portmgr 做完之後會 reassign 回來。接著
第二件事就是更新 databases/db43 裡的檔案，repocopy 完的檔案都是之前舊版了（在這裡是 databases/db42）。然後 commit 到 ports tree 。再來
第三件事，修改 databases/Makefile ，加入

第四件事，修改 CVSROOT/modules ，加入

然後就大功告成了（當然要記得 commit）:lol:。
