[svn] first time in opensvn.csie.org
記錄一下，跟 svn.elixus.org 相反，它沒提供 svn+ssh ，不過有提供 https。

要提供 svn+ssh:// 太麻煩了，所以只提供 https:// - 只需要設 apache.conf 就好 :p

推一下 OpenSVN，不錯用哦。
其實有 https:// 的比較好，可能我還比較習慣用 Web browse。
